摘要
"雨中人"绘画分析是一种心理投射技术,属于绘画治疗中的主题绘画,主要用于评估个体的压力情境及其压力应对模式。通过比较小学生、中学生和大学生"雨中人"绘画作品的共性与差异,可以看到"雨中人"绘画分析能够有效测评出学生对压力情境的感知体验及其压力应对模式,有助于学校心理健康教育者们了解和筛查学生心理状态,进行有针对性的心理疏导。
The analysis of"Drawing-a-Person-in-the-Rain"is a kind of psychological projection technique,which belongs to the theme drawing in drawing therapy,and is mainly used to evaluate the individual's stress situation and his stress coping mode.By comparing the commonalities and differences between the drawings of primary school students,middle school students and college students in"Drawing-a-Person-in-the-Rain",we can see that the analysis of"Drawing-a-Person-in-the-Rain"can effectively measure students'perception of stress situations and their stress coping patterns,which is helpful for school psychological health educators to understand and screen students'psychological states and conduct targeted psychological counseling.
