杏芎氯化钠注射液治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床效果

Clinical effect of Xingxiong sodium chloride injection on the treatment of ischemic stroke

目的研究缺血性脑卒中患者接受杏芎氯化钠注射液治疗的效果。方法 126例缺血性脑卒中患者,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和治疗组,各63例。两组均采用常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用杏芎氯化钠注射液治疗,比较两组治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组治疗总有效率92.06%明显高于对照组的79.37%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率1.59%明显低于对照组的11.11%,差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论缺血性脑卒中使用杏芎氯化钠注射液治疗的效果较好,患者的临床不良反应比较少,可以进行推广使用。

Objective To study the effect of Xingxiong sodium chloride injection on the treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 126 ischemic stroke patients were divided by different treatment methods into control group and treatment group,with 63 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional therapy,and the treatment group also received Xingxiong sodium chloride injection.The treatment effect and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The treatment group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate as 92.06%than 79.37%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group had obviously lower incidence of adverse reactions as 1.59%than 11.11%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Xingxiong sodium chloride injection shows good effect for ischemic stroke,and the clinical adverse reactions are less.So it can be widely promoted and used.
