基于生产者责任延伸制的废弃木材逆向物流回收模式选择建议

Suggestion on the Choice of Waste Wood Reverse Logistics Recovery Model Based on Extended Producer Responsibility System

随着国民经济快速发展和人民生活水平的提高,对木材的需求量日月激增,加上我国林业资源匮乏,木材产量十分有限,一系列发展循环经济政策的大力推行,做好废弃木材的回收再利用工作尤其重要。因此,研究废弃木材逆向物流的最优回收模式,对我国循环经济和林木业发展具有重要意义。文章中在生产者责任延伸制基础上对生产商自营回收模式、第三方回收模式、联合运作回收模式进行了对比分析,建立适合我国的木材逆向物流回收模式。

With the rapid development of national economy and the improvement of people's living standard,the demand for timber is increasing rapidly,and the forest resources are scarce in our country,and the timber output is very limited,so a series of policies to develop circular economy have been carried out vigorously.It is particularly important to do a good job of recycling waste wood.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the optimal recovery model of waste wood reverse logistics for the development of recycling economy and forest industry in China.Based on the extended producer responsibility system,this paper compares and analyzes the self-recovery model,the third-party recovery model and the combined operation recovery mode of the producer,and establishes the wood reverse logistics recovery model suitable for our country.
