基于QFD和职业行动能力理论的新常态物流人才培养路径研究

Study on the Path of New Normal Logistics Talent Training Based on QFD and Professional Ability Theory

随着新常态下物流业的快速发展,物流业人才需求变化明显,这对高校物流人才培养提出了新的标准。文章以高校物流人才培养为研究对象,以职业行动能力和QFD理论为指导,从物流职业行动能力需求、物流人才培养目标以及物流人才培养路径三方面进行质量功能展开,提出了新常态下高校物流人才培养路径新建议,为物流业发展提供了有力的人力资源保障。

With the rapid development of the logistics industry in the new normal,the demand for logistics personnel changes significantly,which sets a new standard for logistics personnel training in colleges and universities.Therefore,how to set up a scientific training path of logistics talents in the new normal environment has become an urgent problem to be solved in the logistics management major of colleges and universities.In this paper,the training of logistics talents in colleges and universities as the research object,with professional action ability and QFD theory as a guide.The paper starts with the function of logistics occupation ability,the goal of logistics personnel training and the path of logistics personnel training,puts forward the new proposal of training path of logistics talents under the new normal,which provides a powerful guarantee of human resources for the development of logistics industry.
