摘要
信息技术的进步,为建立以学生为中心的教学模式奠定了基础。为了培养物流专业学生利用信息技术自主学习的习惯和能力,尝试在专业课程教学中,引入翻转课堂模式。在分析翻转课堂的主要特点、借鉴国内外成功案例经验的基础上,以《采购管理》中"基于技术与产品的自制与外包决策分析矩阵"为例,说明具体教学过程。理论和实践表明,该教学模式能够有效提升学生的自主学习能力、表达能力和团队合作精神,对于提高课堂效率有积极作用,有助于促进学生对知识的深入理解和灵活运用。并针对实践中遇到的问题,提出实施建议。
The progress of information technology has laid the foundation for the establishment of the student-centered teaching mode.In order to foster students'ability to study on their own by using information technology,flipped classroom was introduced and utilized in professional courses teaching.Based on the analysis of the main characteristics of the flipped classroom and the successful cases in and abroad,the specific teaching process is illustrated by an example of purchasing management.The theory and practice show that the teaching model can effectively improve the students'self-learning ability,expression ability and team spirit.It has a positive effect on improving the efficiency of teaching and helping to enhance knowledge application.Suggestions for the problems encountered in practice were also put forward.
