摘要
为保障核二级波纹管截止阀的高安全可靠性,波纹管元件需实现阀杆密封处的零泄漏,其结构强度及疲劳寿命可靠性的研究就显得尤为重要。基于材料、结构及边界条件非线性理论,通过ANSYS Workbench有限元软件对核二级波纹管截止阀用U型波纹管在分别承受外压、拉压位移载荷及外压和拉压位移载荷共同作用下波纹管结构强度及疲劳可靠性问题进行分析,分别研究了波纹管的间隙和拉压位移对波纹管结构强度和疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明:较小的层间距应力值相对较小,疲劳寿命更高;拉压位移载荷对疲劳寿命的影响较大,使用过程中要严格控制;通过研究阀用波纹管的强度及疲劳可靠性为截止阀用波纹管的制造和使用提供了参考。
In order to ensure the high safety and reliability of the nuclear secondary bellows globe valve,the bellows element needs to achieve zero leakage at the sealing location of the valve stem,the refore,research on its structural strength and life reliability is very important.Based on the nonlinear theory of material,structure and boundary condition,the structure strength and fatigue reliability of the U-shaped bellows of nuclear secondary bellows globe valve under the combined action of external pressure and tensile pressure displacement load were analyzed using ANSYS Workbench finite element software.The influence of the gap and tensile pressure displacement load on the structure strength and fatigue life of the bellows was studied,respectively.The results show that the bellows with smaller layer spacing has relatively small stress and a higher fatigue life;the tensile pressure displacement load has great influence on the fatigue life and should be strictly controlled in the process.The research of the strength and fatigue reliability of the bellows for globe valve provides a reference for the manufacture and application of the bellows of globe valve.
