摘要 冰箱的运行时间比是影响冰箱能耗的一个重要因素。通过理论建模与试验测试方法研究了影响家用冰箱冷冻室的运行时间比的参数。选择蒸发温度和气体流速作为研究参数,试验在这些参数可被控制的装置中进行。根据冰箱能耗测试标准,冷冻室内装有冷冻负载试验包。建立了一个简单的数学模型,根据其输入参数计算出冷冻室的运行时间比。使用这种模型也可以计算具有冷藏室和冷冻室的双门冰箱的总能耗。将试验结果与由数学模型得出的结果进行比较和验证,表明了所选参数对冰箱总能耗的影响。 Refrigerator is a refrigerated cabinet used for storing food.Running time ratio is an important factor affecting the energy consumption of the refrigerator.The parameters affecting the running time ratio of the household refrigerator were studied by means of theoretical modeling and experimental testing in this paper.The evaporation temperature and air flow velocity were selected as the research parameters,and the experiments were carried out in the device where these parameters can be controlled.According to the energy consumption test standard of the refrigerator,the freezer is equipped with freezing load test packages.A simple mathematical model was established to calculate the running time ratio of freezer according to its input parameters.This model can also be used to calculate the total energy consumption of the refrigerator with fresh food storage and freezer compartments.The experimental results were compared with the results obtained by the mathematical model and were verified,showing the influence of the selected parameters on the total energy consumption of refrigerator.
