抗GABA_B-R抗体合并抗NMDA-R抗体阳性自身免疫性脑炎1例报告并文献复习 被引量：5

摘要 自身免疫性脑炎(autoimmune encephalitis,AE)泛指一大类由于免疫系统对中枢神经系统抗原产生抗原抗体反应而导致的疾病,以急性或亚急性发作的癫痫、认知障碍及精神症状为主要临床特点。抗GABAB-R抗体合并抗NMDA-R抗体阳性的AE临床上罕见,目前国内仅有1例报道[1],现将我科收治的1例抗GABAB-R抗体合并抗NMDA-R抗体阳性AE患者的临床特点、诊治经过报道如下并复习相关文献。
