烟雾病的治疗进展 被引量:10

摘要 烟雾病(moyamoya Disease)是慢性闭塞性脑血管病又名自发性基底动脉环闭塞症,主要特点是双侧颈内动脉终末端和(或)大脑前、中动脉起始段不明原因进行性狭窄甚至闭塞,并形成颅底异常血管网,此时行脑血管造影似“烟雾”,故又名烟雾病[1]。由于人们对烟雾病的认识进一步加深,加上影像学技术越来越来发达,确诊率逐年增长。由于病因不明,内科治疗尚无有效药物,目前临床上烟雾病的治疗方式仍然以外科手术为主。
