管路体积模量对液压支架立柱缸动态特性的影响 被引量:7

摘要 大采高液压支架的供液管路的工作压力为23~32. 5 MPa,通流直径为38~60 mm,管路长度约1000~1500 m,管路体积模量使供液管路具有压力明显、流量响应滞后现象,导致液压支架系统速度、位移动态响应差。以液压支架大通径高压供液管路为试验对象,当压力为5~25 MPa时,管路体积模量值1300MPa,依据公式得到胶管体积模量约为恒定值2700 MPa,与乳化液体积模量接近。建立了AMESim管路模型和液压支架系统模型。仿真结果表明,供液管路体积模量越小,立柱位移、速度和压力响应越慢;当管路体积模量为1300 MPa时,立柱位移、速度和压力响应时间分别为0. 1 s,0. 2 s,0. 05 s,立柱缸响应滞后较明显。 The working pressure of emulsion supply pipeline for large mining height hydraulic support is about 23-32.5 MPa,the diameter of the pipeline is 38-60 mm and the length is 1000-1500 m.The pipeline volume modulus makes liquid supply pipeline have obvious pressure and flow response lag effect,resulting in poor dynamic response of speed and displacement of hydraulic support system.The volume modulus of pipeline is tested,and the result shows that when the pipeline pressure is 5-25 MPa,the pipeline volume modulus is 1300 MPa.Based on the experimental data,the volume modulus of rubber hose is about 2700 MPa,which is close to emulsion volume modulus.An AMESim pipeline model and a hydraulic support system model are established.The simulation results show that the smaller the pipeline volume modulus,the slower the column displacement,velocity and pressure.When the pipeline volume modulus is 1300 MPa,the response time of column displacement,velocity and pressure is 0.1 s,0.2 s and 0.05 s respectively.It indicates that the response lag effect of column cylinder is obvious.
