摘要
由于冷气收放起落架系统收放速度过快,收放过程容易对护板和支柱造成冲击,引起结构损伤。为解决这一问题,采取增设节流孔及反向充气的方法控制收放速度,并通过AMESim仿真平台设计和改进反向充气策略。仿真结果表明反向充气的方法可降低收放速度。参数敏感性仿真分析为后续验证试验提供收放控制方法和数据参考,可广泛应用于飞机冷气收放起落架系统设计中进行速度调节。
Due to excessive retracting speed of pneumatic retraction/extension system for landing gear,it is easy to cause impact on protective plates and pillars during retracting,causing structural damage.An additional throttle orifice and a reverse inflation method are adopted to control the speed to solve this problem,and a reverse inflation strategy is designed and improved through AMESim.The simulation analysis of parameter sensitivity provides a control method and data reference for follow-up verification test,and they can be widely used in pneumatic retraction/extension system of landing gear for speed adjustment.
