摘要
针对实际被控系统普遍存在的大滞后特点,设计了带有滞后时间输入变化率约束项的无模型自适应控制系统,以此来减小大时间滞后对整个控制过程的影响,并且引入典型大时滞系统进行了仿真比较研究;针对压缩式制冷系统非线性、大时滞、强耦合及难以建立可以实现控制的精确数学模型等特性,设计了制冷系统无模型控制方案,并进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明:本文的无模型自适应控制算法具有优越的控制性能和更快的响应速度,提高了制冷系统的工作性能,从而验证了本文的控制方法的有效性。
To address the large time delay characteristics of a system in actual application,a model-free adaptive control method with input rate constraint of time delay was designed to alleviate the impact of large time delay on the entire control process.A typical system with large time delay was simulated and compared.Then,the model-free control scheme was designed for a compressed refrigeration system to control the characteristics of its nonlinearity,large time delay,strong coupling,and difficulty in establishing accurate mathematical control model.Then,the control scheme was simulated and compared.The simulation results show that the new model-free adaptive control algorithm has excellent control performance and faster response speed,which improves the performance of the refrigeration system;thus,the effectiveness of this novel control method is validated.
