摘要
为了研究泡沫混凝土的抗冻性问题,本文通过对泡沫混凝土试件涂刷甲基硅烷防水剂,对经过冻融循环后试件进行力学性能及微观结构分析。分析结果表明:泡沫混凝土密度增大时,抗渗性及抗冻性提高;甲基硅烷类防水剂可与泡沫混凝土界面上的-OH缔合,形成网状憎水性硅氧烷膜,使泡沫混凝土的渗透性及抗冻性得以改善;甲基硅烷与其他防水剂复合使用,可以获得更好的抗冻效果。
To study the frost resistance of foam concrete,mechanical properties and microstructure of specimens after freeze-thaw cycle were analyzed by coating foam concrete specimens with methylsilane waterproof agent.Analysis results show that when the density of the foam concrete increases,the impermeability and frost resistance are improved.The methylsilane water-repellent agents can be associated with-OH at the foamed concrete interface,forming a net hydrophobic siloxane membrane that improves the permeability and frost resistance of foamed concrete.Furthermore,improved anti-freezing effect can be obtained when methylsilane is used in combination with other water repellents.
