磷钨酸催化沙柳醇解制备乙酰丙酸乙酯 被引量:1

摘要 研究了在磷钨酸催化的条件下,沙柳醇解制备乙酰丙酸乙酯的工艺。通过单因素试验和正交试验考察了沙柳质量(固液比)、催化剂质量、反应温度及反应时间等对乙酰丙酸乙酯产率的影响。结果表明在反应温度为210℃、反应时间为4 h、沙柳质量为1. 5 g、催化剂质量为3. 5 g时,乙酰丙酸乙酯的最高产率为36. 21%。各反应因素对产率影响的大小为:沙柳质量(固液比)>反应时间>反应温度>催化剂质量。利用FT-IR分析了沙柳及醇解液化产物的结构,说明沙柳主要含有脂肪烃结构和芳香结构及多种含氧官能团,醇解后的液化产物显示出了乙酰丙酸乙酯的结构特征。 The process of preparing ethyl levulinate by Salicyl alcohol under the conditions of phosphotungstic acid catalysis was studied.And the effects of the Salix psammophila mass(solid-liquid ratio),catalyst mass,reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of ethyl levulinate were investigated by single factor test and orthogonal test.The results showed that the highest yield of ethyl levulinate was 36.21%when the reaction temperature was 210℃,the reaction time was 4 h,the mass of Salix willow was 1.5 g,and the catalyst mass was 3.5 g.The influence of each reaction factor on the yield was as follows:Salix mass(solid-liquid ratio)>reaction time>reaction temperature>catalyst mass.The structure of Salix and alcoholysis liquefaction products was analyzed by FT-IR,which indicated that Salix psammophila mainly contained aliphatic hydrocarbon structure,aromatic structure and various oxygen-containing functional groups,the liquefied product after alcoholysis showed the structural characteristics of ethyl levulinate.
