摘要 采用SiC MOSFET和Si基肖特基二极管作为功率换流器件,研制了一台以ARM(advanced RISC machines)为主控芯片的400 A级脉冲MIG逆变焊接电源。针对SiC MOSFET功率器件特性以及逆变焊接电源的工作特点,设计了一种带保护机制的SiC MOSFET驱动器;主电路前级采用全桥逆变结构,后级整流电路采用全桥整流结构。结果表明,SiC MOSFET脉冲MIG逆变焊接电源输出电流波形稳定可控,动态响应性能好,焊接效果优良。 Using SiC MOSFET and Si-based Schottky diode as main power devices,a 400 A class pulse MIG inverter welding power supply with ARM(advanced RISC machines)as the main control chip is developed.A SiC MOSFET driver with protection functions is designed according to the characteristics of SiC MOSFET power devices and the inverter welding power supply.The full bridge inverter structure is adopted in the main circuit,and the full bridge rectifier structure is adopted in the rectifier circuit.The results show that the output current waveform of the SiC MOSFET pulse MIG inverter welding power source is stable and controllable,the dynamic response performance is good,and the welding effect is excellent.
