B型地铁不同结构隔板侧梁内外立板与下盖板焊缝残余应力仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对B型地铁转向架侧梁焊接过程中存在的残余应力问题,利用Sysweld数值仿真技术研究在两种隔板结构下内外立板与下盖板焊缝残余应力分布情况。分析仿真模拟数据,得出结论:两种隔板结构残余应力峰值相当;有孔结构降低残余应力的作用有限,可用无孔结构代替有孔结构实现自动焊接,提高工作效率和经济效益。 In this paper,based on the residual stress in the inner and outer sides of different structural diaphragms of B subway,with the help of numerical simulation technology,studying the residual stresses distribution of weld between inner and outer panels under two kinds of clapboard structure.By analyzing the simulation date,drawing a conclusion:the residual stress peak value of the two structures with holes and no holes is equal,and the pore structure is limited in reducing the residual stress.Therefore,the porous structure can be used instead of the pore structure to realize automatic welding and improve the working efficiency and economic benefit.
