摘要
海洋平台为传统的大型海洋钢结构,包含结构、管线、机械设备、电仪讯等多专业的建造,通常包含多层甲板。其中,结构专业为基础专业,处于建造流程前端,其包括立柱、组合梁、型钢以及其他形式结构件的建造,结构专业的尺寸基本决定了整个海洋平台的尺寸。海洋平台建造按照建造顺序通常分为预制阶段和总装阶段,在设计阶段通常会将每一层甲板分成若干个甲板片进行预制,完成后再将各个甲板片总装成每层甲板。甲板片预制完成后通过运输、吊装等环节进行合拢,因此各环节的尺寸控制都会影响平台最终尺寸精度,在此就平台建造的尺寸控制进行简单探讨。
Offshore platform,which is also called module,like a kind of huge traditional offshore steel structure,comprises various disciplines such as structure,pipeline,mechanical equipment,etc.,and it is usually composed of multi-layer deck.Structural discipline is the fundamental discipline which is at the front end of the whole platform construction process.It includes the column,plate girder,H-shape and some other kinds of structural parts.The size of structural discipline basically decides the whole platform size.The construction of offshore platform usually includes pre-fabrication and final assembly.In design stage,each layer of deck is divided into several panels to be prefabricated,and then,these panels are assembled into a layer of deck by transportation and hoisting and other production links.Thus,there are a lot of factors existing in the construction can affect the size of the platform.The size control of platform construction is discussed in detail.
