基于SD模型的建设项目资源管理

Construction Project Resource Management Based on SD Model

在我国城镇化进程加快和建筑产业发展迅速的背景下,建设项目资源管理成为建筑领域关注的重要工作内容。基于此,文章构建了建设项目资源管理SD模型,并代入济南市某住宅楼项目数据资源进行仿真模拟,着重分析采购时间、单位完成率、投资控制率和员工工作效率的变化对工程建设项目进度、工程建设项目投资、物资库存和现有员工人数的影响。结果显示,在其他条件不变的情况下,采购时间由大到小变化时,工程建设项目进度加快、投资减少;当单位完成率、投资控制率及员工工作效率依次由小到大变化时,工程建设项目进度加快、投资减少、物资库存减少;现有员工人数随着员工工作效率由小到大变化呈下降趋势。文章据此提出促进建设项目资源管理工作的针对性建议,具有一定的理论和实际意义。

With the accelerating process of urbanization and the rapid development of construction industry in China,resource management of construction projects has become an important task in the field of construction.Based on this,the paper constructs the SD model of construction project resource management and substitutes the data of a residential building project in Jinan.This article focuses on the analysis of the impact of procurement time,unit completion rate,investment control rate and staff productivity on the construction projects progress,construction projects investment,material inventory and the number of existing staff.The result shows that with other conditions remaining unchanged,the construction progress is accelerated and the investment is reduced when the procurement time decreases gradually.When the unit completion rate,investment control rate and employee work efficiency increase gradually,the construction progress accelerates and the investment decreases,reducing inventory of supplies.The number of employees decreases gradually with staff efficiency getting higher Accordingly,the article puts forward the pertinence proposal to promote the construction project resource management which has a certain theoretical and practical significance.
