摘要
通过对实际工程现场数据的收集,获取了钢筋现场加工与安装、模板安装与拆除、混凝土浇筑等工作的原始数据,据此研究我国建筑施工领域操作者的学习效应。工作效率变动图表明随着单元数目的增加,各工作的施工效率均大幅提升,表明了学习效应的客观存在;计算出的各工作学习率在83%~95%之间,其中模板工作的手工操作强度大,学习效应最明显;运用Origin软件绘制出的学习曲线区分下降和稳定阶段,据此提出了学习曲线两阶段模型,该模型能显著改善已有模型预测性能欠佳的不足。本文研究成果为学习效应在建筑施工领域的应用奠定了理论和实践基础,为工程项目进度、成本管理提供了新的思路。
The learning effect in Chinese construction projects are analyzed through base data of processing and installation of steel bars,installation and removal of formwork,concrete pouring.With the number of repetitive units increasing,the production rates of these works are enhanced substantially,which shows the objective existence of learning effect.The learning rates of above works are calculated according to learning effect theory.The calculation results are between eighty-three to ninety-five percent and the learning effect of formwork is most obvious because the manual operation in it is intensity.The learning curves plotted by Origin can be divided into two stages,namely,downward stage and stable stage.Based on this result,a two-stage learning curve model is proposed in this paper.The shortcoming of poor prediction performance in existing model will be improved significant in this model.Empirical research results in this paper lay theory and practice foundation for the application of learning effect in construction field.
