Selection of Megaproject Social Responsibility Behavior Based on Social Action Theory

重大工程产生的社会、环境影响深远,其社会责任行为发挥着增进社会福祉,促进可持续发展的重要作用。研究聚焦于重大工程社会责任行为,依据行为理论并借鉴社会责任行为研究成果,识别建设单位、政府等关键行为主体,归纳出单方和交互两类共11种行为方式,并引入情境要素,构建出重大工程社会责任行为选择模型。最后将以上要素和项目阶段对应联系起来,构建出"主体–行为–情境–阶段"的四维重大工程社会责任行为系统。研究指出行为主体是在组织内部特征、组织间关系和外部情境三方面的共同影响下做出的社会责任行为选择,理论模型也为后续重大工程社会责任行为选择机理等深入研究提供了系统框架。

The social and environmental impacts of megaproject are far-reaching.Their social responsibility behaviors play an important role in improving social welfare and promoting sustainable development.This research focuses on megaproject social responsibility behaviors.Based on the theory of behavior and learning from the results of social responsibility research,the paper identifies the key behavioral subject such as owners and government,summarizing unilateral and interactive two types,a total of 11 behavior methods,and introduces situation element to construct megaproject social responsibility behavior selection system model.Finally,the above elements are associated with the project phase,a four-dimensional megaproject social responsibility behavior system of“subject-behavior-situation-phase”is constructed.The study points out that the behavioral subject chooses social responsibility behavior under the influence of the internal characteristics of the organization,the relationship between the organization and the external situation.The theoretical model also provides a systematic framework for the in-depth study of the selection mechanism of megaproject social responsibility behavior.
