基于BIM的地铁盾构施工信息管理

Construction Information Management of Metro Shield Based on BIM

多变的地质空间环境和复杂的盾构施工操作流程,给盾构隧道建设的进度、质量、成本和安全管控带来了严峻挑战。盾构隧道在建造过程中产生了大量数据,其蕴含的工程信息因缺乏科学高效的信息管理方法无法充分利用。本文分析了现有盾构施工信息管理系统的不足,即多源异构信息整合不全、工程数据关联分析不足、决策支持可视化程度不高等问题。本文结合BIM技术在工程项目信息管理的优势,设计了基于BIM的盾构施工信息管理系统。文章首先归纳了盾构隧道施工的信息类型,分别建立了地质空间、隧道结构和盾构机三个子模型,并采用IFC标准与施工进度、质量等信息集成为一个完整的盾构施工信息模型。基于此模型,开发了B/S架构的盾构施工信息管理系统,并对其主要功能和初步应用效果进行了介绍。

Multivariate geologic space environment and complex shield operation have brought serious challenges to the schedule,quality,cost and safety of shield tunneling.Due to lacking of scientific and efficient information management methods,massive data produced from shield tunneling,which contains rich engineering information,cannot be fully utilized.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of existing shield tunneling information management system,namely,incomplete information aggregation,weak data association and low visualization.Hence,this paper combines BIM technology’s advantages in the field of construction information management,and designed BIM-based shield tunneling information management system.This paper first summarizes the information types of mechanized tunneling,and then establishes three sub-models of geological space,tunnel structure and shield machine respectively,and integrates schedule,quality and other information into a complete shield construction information model via the IFC.Based on this model,the shield construction information management system adopted B/S architecture is developed,and the main functions and the initial application effect are introduced.
