装配式建筑管理领域研究综述

Review on Management Topics of Prefabricated Construction Building

装配式建筑作为一种全新的生产方式,因具有施工效率高、施工周期短,人工成本低,能源消耗少等诸多优势,受到国内外学者的广泛关注。然而,目前尚缺乏对装配式建筑相关研究的系统性分析。本文以Sciences Citation Index数据库和EI数据库中1990—2017年收录的330篇代表性文献为基础,通过对装配式建筑研究进行深入分析和归纳整理,展现装配式建筑研究现状和研究热点。结果表明,装配式建筑研究领域主要涵盖五类研究主题:装配式建筑内涵及发展现状、发展环境、项目全寿命周期管理、组织管理和可持续性研究。最后,针对我国装配式建筑发展现状,为我国装配式建筑的理论研究和实践提供指导性建议。

As a modern method of construction with high construction efficiency,short construction period,low labor costs and less energy consumption,prefabricated construction buildings(PCBs)has drawn more and more attention among scholars.However,the previous studies did not analyze and summarize the literature related to PCBs systematically.Based on the analysis of 330 papers which came from Sciences Citation Index database and EI database and published during 1990 to 2017,this research aims to address the gap by concluding and discussing the art-of-the-state of PCBs.A systematic framework of research topics is proposed,which contains conception and development status of PCBs,development environment,life cycle management of PCBs,organization management and sustainability research.On the basis of research status of PCBs in China,suggestions on the future research are put forward.
