摘要
精益建造将建设活动视为一个随时间和空间的变化,从原材料到最终产品并向顾客传输价值和持续流动的过程,但建设活动的复杂性、动态性和系统性阻碍了建设流动,造成严重浪费。为提升工作流的可靠性和稳定性进而增加项目价值,本文选择精益建造工作流为建模对象,即建造过程中的资源、指令与任务序列结合并实施生产的过程,从资源、管理和任务层次抽象工作流系统,集成Agent技术与Kan BIM系统构建精益建造工作流模型,动态可视化地展示工作流要素、计算分割工作面、灵活调整工序、及时采购、优化现场布置和共享信息流,从系统层面运算、协调、预测和展示工作流。该模型为认识和管理精益建造工作流提供了新思路,有助于提升决策的科学性、建设活动的灵活性和实时性,旨在减少浪费,增加项目价值。
In the view of lean construction,construction activities are considered as a process changing with time and space which is delivering value to customer and always flowing from from raw materials to final products,however,the complexity,dynamics and systematicness of construction activities hinder the flow of construction and cause serious waste.In order to enhance the reliability and stability of workflow,increasing the project value,this paper considers lean construction workflow as the modeling object,i.e.the process of combination of process resource,instruction and task sequence in the construction and implementation of production,abstracts workflow system from resource,management and task level,integrates Agent and KanBIM to build the workflow model of lean construction,which can dynamically and visually show workflow elements,calculate and work face segmentation,adjust procedure flexibly,timely procurement,optimize site layout and share information flow,operate,coordinate,predict and display workflow from the system level.This model provides a new idea for understanding and managing lean construction workflow,which helps to improve the scientificalness of decision-making,flexibility and real-time of construction activities aiming at reducing waste and increasing project value.
