网络零售、空间外溢与制造业集聚

Network Retailing,Spatial Spillover and Manufacturing Agglomeration

本文重点分析网络零售对制造业集聚广度和深度的空间外溢效应及其有效边界,并以2007—2015年中国省级面板数据为样本,采用动态和静态空间计量模型进行实证检验。研究结果表明:第一,制造业集聚规模和专业化集聚在内生交互效应的作用下均不存在明显的空间依赖关系。第二,随着网络零售市场规模的扩大,网络零售对邻近地区制造业集聚规模和专业化集聚均产生"U型"空间外溢效应,且这两个空间外溢效应分别在地理距离为1 400公里和2 000公里处达到最大。第三,网络零售对制造业集聚规模和专业化集聚的"U型"空间外溢效应的有效边界分别为1 100～1 600公里和1 700～2 000公里。在有效边界范围内,网络零售对制造业集聚的空间外溢效应并没有随着地理距离的增加而出现衰减。因此,网络零售有利于制造业空间分布的均衡化。

This paper analyzes the spatial spillover effect and effective boundary of the network retailing to the breadth and depth of manufacturing agglomeration,takes China's provincial panel data from 2007 to 2015 as a sample,and uses the dynamic and static space measurement model to conduct an empirical test.The results show that,firstly,there is no obvious spatial dependence in both the manufacturing agglomeration scale and specialization agglomeration under the endogenous interaction effect.Secondly,with the expansion of the network retail market scale,the network retailing produces the“U-shaped”spatial spillover effect on the manufacturing agglomeration scale and specialization agglomeration in neighboring areas.Both spatial spillover effects are maximized at a geographical distance of 1 400km and 2 000km respectively.Thirdly,the effective boundaries of the“U-shaped”spatial spillover effect are 1 100-1 600km and 1 700-2 000km respectively.In the effective boundary area,the spatial spillover effect of the network retailing to the manufacturing agglomeration does not decrease with the increase of geographical distance.Thus,the network retailing is advantageous to the balance of manufacturing space distribution.
