高流动性玻纤增强PPE/PS合金的开发 被引量:3

摘要 为解决聚苯醚(PPE)在注塑过程中出现的成型缺陷,开发高性能的PPE合金,提高材料的流动性,在PPE中加入聚苯乙烯(PS),在固定玻纤含量为30%的基础上,从PPE树脂种类、PPE/PS比例两方面考察了玻纤增强PPE/PS合金的力学性能、流动性能及热性能。结果表明,采用低黏PPE树脂如LXR035或630在不明显降低PPE/PS合金力学性能的条件下,能显著提高合金的流动性,但耐热性能有所降低;随着PS比例的增加,合金材料的流动性显著提高,但力学性能及耐热性能也呈现规律性的降低。以PPE LXR035为原料、PPE/PS比例为4∶3时制备的合金的性能与国外典型牌号产品性能相当,并已获得了实际应用。 In order to solve the molding defects of polyphenyl ether(PPE)in the process of injection molding and develop high performance PPE alloy with good flowability,polystyrene(PS)was added to PPE and the content of glass fiber was fixed at 30%.The mechanical properties,flowability properties and thermal properties of glass fiber reinforced PPE/PS alloys of different PPE type and PPE/PS ratio were investigated.The results showed that low viscosity PPE resin PPE LXR035 or PPO 630 could significantly improve the flowability without reducing the mechanical properties of PPE/PS alloys,but the heat resistance of alloy was decreased.The flowability of alloys could increase but the mechanical properties and heat resistant reduced with the increase of PS ratio.The performance of the alloy prepared with PPE LXR035 and the ratio of PPE/PS was 4∶3 was comparable to that of typical foreign brands,and the material was applied practically.
