一种三嗪阻燃剂制备及其对聚碳酸酯性能影响 被引量:6

Preparation of Triazine Flame Retardant and Its Effect on Polycarbonate Properties

摘要 以三聚氯氰、对氨基苯磺酸、三苯基氧膦为原料合成了一种三嗪衍生物(PSNFR)阻燃剂,通过质谱和核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行表征。采用极限氧指数、垂直燃烧、超景深显微镜以及锥形量热等方法研究了PSNFR对聚碳酸酯(PC)阻燃性能的影响,并通过热重分析、拉曼光谱和热重–质谱联用探究其阻燃机理。结果表明,PSNFR的添加量为0.1%时,复合材料的LOI值由纯PC的25%提高到31.9%,且达到UL94 V–0级,残炭率由纯PC的15.55%提高到18.20%,同时有效延长了PC的点燃时间,降低了热释放速率;PSNFR阻燃PC存在凝聚相和气相双重阻燃作用。 A flame retardant PSNFR was successfully synthesized by nucleophilic substitution reaction with cyanuric chloride,p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid and triphenylphosphine oxide as raw materials.The structure of PSNFR was characterized by using MS and 1H–NMR.Polycarbonate(PC)was flame retarded with PSNFR to prepare new flame retardant composites PC/PSNFR.The flame retardant property of the composites was analyzed by limited oxygen index(LOI),horizontal vertical combustion,thermal gravimetric analysis,cone calorimetry test,digital microscope and raman spectroscopy.The results showed that the LOI of the composites reached 31.9%when the addition amount of PSNFR was 0.1%,the V–0 level was reached by the UL94 level,and the residual carbon ratio was increased from 15.55%of PC to 18.20%of composite.The adding of PSNFR effectively extended the ignition time of PC and reduced the heat release rate.In addition,the mechanism experiments showed that mechanism of PSNFR flame retardant PC included a cohesive phase and a gas phase flame retardant mechanism.
