酞菁蓝对PET纤维母粒着色性能的影响

摘要 以纺丝级聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)为载体树脂,加入β晶型的酞菁蓝(15∶3)Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ三种颜料,制备颜料含量为20%的纤维用蓝色母粒,并将制得的色母粒应用于PET色板及PET色丝的制备,测试PET色板的色彩性能及观察颜料的分散性能,并且观察PET色丝的表面微观形貌,测试色丝的力学性能。结果表明,酞菁蓝15∶3的耐热性能较好,适用于制备颜料浓度为20%的PET纤维色母粒;酞菁蓝Ⅱ和Ⅲ的分散性能较好,分别制备得到的PET纤维色母粒均拥有较好的着色效果,所制备的色丝表面形貌均较好,且能提高纤维的断裂伸长率。 Spinning grade polyethylene terephthalate(PET)was used as carrier resin,and β-crystal phthalocyanine blue(15∶3)Ⅰ,ⅡandⅢpigments were added to prepare blue masterbatch for fiber with pigment content of 20%.The prepared masterbatch was used for preparation of PET color plate and PET color yarn.The color properties of the PET color plate was tested and the dispersing properties of the pigment were observed.The surface of the PET yarn was observed,and the mechanical properties of the yarn were tested.The results show that:phthalocyanine blue(15∶3)has good heat resistance and is suitable for the preparation of PET fiber masterbatch with pigment concentration of 20%;the dispersibility of phthalocyanine blueⅢandⅢis good.The PET fiber masterbatch prepared separately has good coloring effect,and the surface morphology of the prepared silk yarn is better,and the elongation at break of the fiber can be improved.
