摘要
文章旨在研究日粮添加苯甲酸替代抗生素对肉兔生长性能、营养物质消化率及血液生化指标的影响。试验选择体重一致的35 d断奶肉兔96只,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复6只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,抗生素组在基础日粮中添加120 mg/kg泰妙菌素,苯甲酸组分别在基础日粮中添加10和20 g/kg苯甲酸,试验共进行50 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,日粮添加120 mg/kg泰妙菌素较对照组有提高日增重的趋势(P=0.08)。随着苯甲酸添加水平的升高,胃的重量和整个肠道显著线性降低(P <0.05);与对照组相比,120 mg/kg泰妙菌素组显著降低了胃和肠道的重量(P <0.05),显著提高了屠体重(P <0.05)。随着日粮苯甲酸添加水平的升高,有机物消化率的影响显著升高(P <0.05),而对中性洗涤纤维、半纤维素和纤维素消化率的影响表现为显著二次曲线效应(P <0.05)。85 d肉兔较45 d显著提高了血红蛋白含量(P <0.05);20 g/kg苯甲酸组较对照组显著降低了碱性磷酸酶活力和磷含量(P <0.05),显著提高了钙磷比(P <0.05)。120 mg/kg泰妙菌素组较对照组显著降低了碱性磷酸酶活力和磷含量(P <0.05),较10 g/kg苯甲酸组显著降低了碱性磷酸酶活力(P <0.05)。结论 :日粮添加10 g/kg苯甲酸对肉兔的生长、营养物质消化的影响表现最佳。苯甲酸对肉兔生长性能、营养物质消化率的促进作用与泰妙菌素一致。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of benzoic acid on growth performance,nutrient digestibility and blood traits of meat rabbits.A total of 96 rabbits aged 35 d were selected and allotted to 4 groups with 4 replicates of 6 rabbits.The control group fed with the basal diets,the antibiotics group fed with the basal diets supplementation of 120 mg/kg tiamulin,and the benzoic acid groups fed with the basal diets supplementation of 10 or 20 g/kg benzoic acid.The trail last 50 d.Results showed that the inclusion of 120 mg/kg tiamulin tended(P=0.08)to increase body weight gain.A linear decreasing effect of benzoic acid on full stomach weight(P<0.05)and full total gastrointestinal tract weight(P<0.05)was observed.Compared with the control group,120 mg/kg tiamulin had lower stomach and gastrointestinal tract weights(P<0.05)and also heavier carcasses(P<0.05).The digestibility of organic matter increased linearly(P<0.05)with increasing dietary benzoic acid,while neutral detergent fiber,hemicelluloses and cellulose were quadratically affected(P<0.05)by benzoic acid supplementation.The hemoglobin concentrations of rabbits at 85 d were higher than that at 45 d(P<0.05).120 mg/kg tiamulin had lower activity of alkaline phosphatase and contents of serum phosphatase than that of the control group(P<0.05),and lower activity of alkaline phosphatase than the 10 g/kg benzoic acid group(P<0.05).In conclusion,the growth performance and nutrient digestibility were affected quadratically by benzoic acid supplementation,with rabbits fed the diets with 5 g/kg benzoic acid showing the higher digestibility.The effects of dietary benzoic acid were comparable to those observed with the inclusion of 120 mg/kg tiamulin.
