不同油脂来源日粮添加维生素E和C对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响

Effects different fat sources diets supplementation of vitamin A or C on laying performance and egg quality of layers

文章旨在研究不同油脂来源日粮添加维生素E和C对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响。试验选择42周龄的商品蛋鸡[平均体重为(1350±45)g]900只,试验采用3×2×2因子设计,共分为12组,每组3个重复,每个重复25只蛋鸡。试验设油脂日粮3组(大豆油、回收豆油和大豆油酸分别添加35 g/kg),同时分别添加0、200 IU/kg维生素E,或0、200 mg/kg维生素C,试验共进行8周。结果显示:大豆油酸组脂肪表观消化率最低(P <0.05);大豆油和回收豆油组表观代谢能显著高于基础日粮和大豆油酸组(P <0.05),而大豆油酸组显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。日粮油脂类型及添加维生素E或维生素C对蛋鸡的生产性能无显著影响(P> 0.05)。日粮添加维生素C有提高鸡蛋密度和蛋黄蛋型指数的趋势(P=0.07,P=0.09)。结论 :不同来源油脂日粮对蛋鸡的生产性能和蛋品质无显著影响。在良好的饲养管理条件下,添加维生素E和C对蛋鸡的生产性能无显著改善作用。

This study was conducted to evaluate the supplementation of VA or VC in different fat sources diets on laying performance and egg quality of layers.A total of 900 laying hens aged 42 w were allotted to 12 groups with 3 replicates of 25 layers.There were 12 diets,namely 3(35 g/kg soybean oil,recycle soybean oil and acidulated soybeanoil soapstock)×2(0 and 200 IU/kg VE)×2(0 and 200 mg/kg VC).The trial last 8 weeks.Results showed that the apparent digestive metabolism energy was the lowest in acidulated soybeanoil soapstock group(P<0.05),which in soybean oil and recycle soybean oil groups were higher than the control and acidulated soybeanoil soapstock groups(P<0.05),and acidulated soybeanoil soapstock group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Different fat sources diets supplementation of VE or VC had no significant effect on the laying performance and egg quality(P>0.05).Supplementation of VC in diets had the trend to increase the egg density and yolk index(P=0.07,P=0.09).In conclusion,we induced that laying performance and egg quality did not differ with the use of the different soy oil sources,while supplementing the diet with extra amounts of vitamin E and vitamin C is unlikely to benefit laying hen performance under good husbandry conditions.
