摘要
随着畜牧业的不断发展,饲料企业的生产规模和经济效益得以持续增长,财务管理作为饲料企业管理的重要内容,虽然精细化程度得到很大程度的提高,但因受到诸多因素的限制,饲料企业财务管理依然存在部分问题。本文主要致力于探究精细化管理在饲料企业财务管理中的应用,首先指出存在的问题,并结合饲料企业财务精细化分析内容及模式,阐述财务精细化管理的完善分析方法,以期促进饲料企业的不断发展。
With the continuous development of animal husbandry,the production scale and economic benefits of feed enterprises can continue to grow.As an important part of feed enterprise management,financial management has been greatly improved,but due to many factors,there are still some problems in feed enterprise financial management.This paper is mainly devoted to exploring the application of fine management in the financial management of feed enterprises.Firstly,it points out the problems existing in the fine management.Combined with the content and mode of fine financial analysis of feed enterprises,it expounds the perfect analysis method of fine financial management,in order to promote the continuous development of feed enterprises.
