雷达涂装中聚氨酯半光面漆光泽波动的控制

摘要 针对雷达装饰性涂层使用的聚氨酯半光漆光泽容易波动的问题,从一次性成膜厚度、稀释率、流平时间等涂装工艺参数以及温度、湿度等环境因素的角度进行了试验研究,结果表明,一次性成膜厚度、稀释率和环境相对湿度是影响半光聚氨酯漆膜光泽的主要因素,通过控制上述因素,能有效缩窄光泽的波动范围,显著提高雷达构件漆膜的合格率。 Some process parameters such as the thickness of coating sprayed in one time,dilution ratio,and leveling time,as well as the environmental factors i.e.temperature and humidity which were considered to be related to the fluctuation of glossiness of decorative semi-gloss polyurethane topcoat sprayed on radar were experimentally studied.The results showed that the key factors on glossiness are the thickness of coating sprayed in one time,dilution ratio,and relative humidity of the environment.The glossiness fluctuation was greatly reduced by controlling the three key factors,and thus the percentage of acceptable semi-gloss polyurethane topcoats on radar components were improved.
