探析湿热条件下非淀粉多糖酶对肉兔生长性能和养分消化率的影响

摘要 目的:探究探析湿热条件下非淀粉多糖酶对肉兔生长性能和养分消化率的影响。方法:在高温、高湿条件下,随机选取60只肉兔作为研究对象,并将随机数字表法作为分组依据,将全部肉兔均为四组,即甲、乙、丙、丁,每组肉兔15只,甲组肉兔喂养基础日出粮食,乙、丙、丁组肉兔在甲组喂养方法的基础上加入非淀粉多糖酶,添加浓度为0.01%、0.02%、0.03%,对比四组肉兔的生长性能和养分消化率。结果:丙、丁两组肉兔的生长性能显著优于甲、乙组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);丙、丁两组肉兔的养分消化率显著优于乙组,统计学意义存在(P<0.05)。结论:喂养肉兔过程中,添加非淀粉多糖酶水平保持在0.02%为宜。
