基于主成分分析和聚类分析的山黄皮果实性状综合评价 被引量:7

摘要 为更准确地对山黄皮果实性状进行评价,对30份山黄皮种质资源的果实性状指标进行统计分析。结果表明,山黄皮果实的单果重变异幅度最大,果实纵径的变异幅度最小;除可溶性固形物含量与其他4个性状相关不显著外,其余各指标间多数存在极显著相关性;山黄皮品种样品聚为3类:14个品种为优等,7个品种为中等,9个品种较差;判别分析对聚类结果的正确率达93.33%,两者具有较高的一致性。结果对广西山黄皮品种的选育具有一定的参考价值。 In order to evaluate fruit characters of Clausena indica indica more accurately,the fruit characters of 30 kinds of C.indica were analyzed statistically.Results:The single fruit weight had the largest variation range,and the fruit longitudinal diameter had the smallest variation range,but the soluble solids content was not significantly correlated with the other four characters,most of other indexes had a very significant correlation,indicating that 14 varieties were superior,7 varieties were medium and 9 varieties were poor,the correct rate of cluster result was 93.33%by discriminant analysis,both of them had high consistency.The results have certain reference value for the breeding of C.indica varieties in Guangxi.
