摘要
为薏仁病害防治提供参考,采用形态学鉴定和ITS序列分析相结合的方法对从贵州省兴仁县采集薏仁发病叶片上分离得到菌株HGUP RJ-351进行研究。结果表明:该菌株为曲霉小链粘孢(Hormographiella aspergillata);小链粘孢属为我国真菌新记录属,曲霉小链粘孢为我国真菌新记录种。
In order to provide references for the disease prevention of Semen coicis,a strain HGUP RJ-351 was isolated from S.coicis diseased leaves which were collected from Xingren County,Guizhou Province.The strain was identified by combining morphological with ITS sequence analysis.Results:The strain was Hormographiella aspergillata.Hormographiella and Hormographiella aspergillata was recorded for the first time in China.
