摘要
为强力霉素在鲈鲤养殖生产上的应用提供科学依据,采用静水生物测试法,考察24h、48h和96h不同浓度强力霉素[0mg/L(CK1)、770mg/L、847mg/L、932mg/L、1024mg/L和1127mg/L]对鲈鲤幼鱼的毒性效应;再根据毒性试验结果,在低于96h半致死浓度(LC50)下设0 mg/L(CK2)、100 mg/L、200mg/L、300mg/L和400mg/L 5个浓度梯度,研究24h、48h、72h、96h和120h时强力霉素对鲈鲤幼鱼肝脏抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:24h、48h和96h时强力霉素对鲈鲤幼鱼的LC50分别为967.72mg/L、914.09mg/L和914.09mg/L,安全质量浓度为244.63mg/L;强力霉素对鲈鲤幼鱼肝脏SOD和GOT活性均有影响,在浸浴感染24h和48h,SOD和GOT活性被诱导,不同浓度处理其活性均高于CK2,72h后酶活被抑制,且随着时间的延长,抑制作用越显著。
The toxicity of Doxycycline with six concentrations[0 mg/L(CK 1),770 mg/L,847 mg/L,932 mg/L,1 024 mg/L and 1 127 mg/L]to young Percocypris pingi was respectively determined after 24 h,48 h and 96 h by a still water bio-assay method and then the effect of Doxycycline with five concentrations below LC 50 after 96 h[0 mg/L(CK 2),100 mg/L,200 mg/L,300 mg/L and 400 mg/L]on liver antioxidant enzyme activity of young P.pingi was analyzed after 24 h,48 h,72 h,96 h and 120 h separately to provide the scientific basis for application of doxycycline in aquaculture of P.pingi.Result:LC 50 of Doxycycline to young P.pingi after 24 h,48 h and 96 h is 967.72 mg/L,914.09 mg/L and 914.09 mg/L respectively and the safe quality concentration is 244.63 mg/L.Doxycycline has the effect on liver SOD and GOT activity of young P.pingi.The SOD and GOT activity of young P.pingi infected with Doxycycline is induced after 24 h and 48 h,and the SOD and GOT activity is higher than CK 2.The SOD and GOT activity of young P.pingi infected with Doxycycline is inhibited after 72 h and the inhibition effect is more significant with time extension.
