浅谈钢管制造企业产品的质量监督

新形势下,质量监督工作有双重职责,既要保证与提升产品质量,满足用户要求,又要考虑企业产品生产成本,不至造成质量过剩,保证企业利益最大化。因此质量监督管理变得尤为重要。介绍了钢管制造企业在生产过程中的质量监督,重点是对质量管理体系、原辅料及生产过程检验、制造工艺控制、追溯性控制等环节进行监督。监督对象为人、机、料、法、环、测等因素。通过质量监督,强制引导生产过程按规范性、可预见性控制要求进行操作,使其满足或高于标准和要求。

Under the new situation,the quality supervision work has dual responsibilities,not only to ensure and improve product quality,to meet customer requirements;but also to consider the production cost of enterprises,to ensure the maximum interests of enterprises.Therefore,quality supervision and management has become particularly important.This paper introduces the quality supervision of steel pipe manufacturing enterprises in the production process,focusing on the supervision of quality management system,raw and auxiliary materials,production process inspection,manufacturing process control and traceability control.Supervision objects are:man,equipment,material,law,environment,measurement.Through quality supervision,the production process is forced to operate in accordance with the normative and predictable control requirements to meet or exceed the standard requirements.
