提升青年教师教学和学生科研创新能力初探

文章以有机化学课程为依托,在如何提高高校青年教师的教学质量的同时培养学生的科研创新能力方面进行了教学改革的探索。文中提出青年教师要努力提高自身素质,重视课堂教学;根据专业特点改进和调整有机化学理论和实验教学内容,改革教学方法;完善评价方法改革和实践教学等。青年教师提高了自身教学、科研水平,学生科研创新能力也得到了培养,二者实现双赢。

Based on the organic chemistry course,this paper explores the teaching reform on how to improve the teaching quality of the young university teachers and to cultivate the scientif ic research and innovation ability of students.It is suggested that young teachers should strive to improve their teaching quality and focus on the classroom teaching.The teaching contents and teaching methods of organic chemistr y theor y and experiment should be improved and adjusted according to the speciality characteristics.The method of evaluation and practice teaching are also reformed,etc.Not only the level of the teaching of young teacher are enhanced,but the ability of research of students are developed.The two parts can achieve a win-win situation.
