Connotation and Path of the Strategy of Revitalizing China through Quality Improvement

我国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,正处在转变发展方式、优化经济结构、转换增长动力的攻关期,必须坚持质量第一,以供给侧结构性改革为主线,推动经济发展质量变革,通过打造"质量强国"增强我国经济创新力和竞争力。在2017年10月18日召开的中国共产党第十九次全国代表大会上,习近平总书记代表第十八届中央委员会向大会作了题为《决胜全面建成小康社会夺取新时代中国特色社会主义伟大胜利》的报告。报告在部署"贯彻新发展理念,建设现代化经济体系"时,明确提及"质量第一"和"质量强国",引发社会各界广泛关注。

China's economy has changed from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development.It is in the crucial stage of transforming development mode,optimizing economic structure and transforming growth impetus.We must put quality first,take supply-side structural reform as the main line,promote quality reform in economic development,and enhance China's economic innovation and competitiveness by building a“Quality China”.At the 19th CPC National Congress on October 18,2017,general secretary Xi Jinping,delivered a report entitled“Secure a decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and strive for the great success of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era”.The report,contents involve“quality first”and“Revitalizing China through Quality Improvement”,has aroused wide public concern.
