摘要
综述了铜尾矿的物理、化学性质,对铜尾矿在水泥基材料中的应用进行了分析与展望。铜尾矿含有丰富的矿物成分,可作为矿化剂、铁质原料、代替粘土生产水泥熟料,铜尾矿可降低水泥熟料烧成温度,提高熟料质量和产量。铜尾矿具有与火山灰质材料相似的矿物物相,用作混合材可降低水泥生产成本。铜尾矿作为细集料或掺合料用于混凝土,具有较好的强度特性和耐久性能。利用铜尾矿制备加气混凝土、蒸压灰砂砖、蒸养标准砖等新型墙体材料,可节约大量能源与资源。
The physical and chemical properties of copper tailing were introduced,as well as the application of copper tailing in cement-based materials was analyzed and prospected.Copper tailing contains rich mineral compositions,which can be used as mineralizer,iron raw materials and clay replacement of cement clinker production.Copper tailing can reduce sintering temperature of cement clinker,and improve its quality and output.Copper tailing has similar mineral properties to pozzolanic materials,which can reduce the cost of cement production as mineral admixture.When taking copper tailing as fine aggregate or admixtures in concrete,which has better strength characteristics and durability.It can save a lot of energy and resources to take copper tailings to prepare new wall materials such as aerated concrete,autoclaved sand-line brick and steamed standard brick.
