工业企业接管与改造中的薪资改革——以西北实业公司为中心 被引量:1

摘要 随着人民军队节节胜利,中国共产党着手进行城市的接管工作,工业企业的接管成为重心,薪资调整与改革则成为企业复原的锁钥。太原解放后,为保障人民生活,促进生产发展,在中国共产党领导下,以西北实业公司为代表的公营工业企业在接管与改造中进行了多次薪资调整与改革。从最初的"原职原薪"到后来的"八级工资制",工人工资不仅在量上大幅提高,在质上也日趋合理,企业生产稳步向前。在此基础上,作为薪资制度的重要组成部分,奖励制度于1950年逐步在太原各厂矿企业确立,为工业稳步发展提供了保障。 With the victory of the people's army in China's War of Liberation,the communist party of China undertook the cities' takeover.In this process,the industrial enterprise became the focus,and salary adjustment and reform became the key to the enterprises' recovery.After Taiyuan liberation,to protect people 's livelihood and promote the development of production,the public industrial enterprise which represented by the Northwest Industrial Company made salary adjustment and reform for many times under the leadership of the communist party of China in takeover and reconstruction.From the“original salary policy”to the“system of eight-level wages,”the workers' salary not only increased greatly in quantity,but also became reasonable in quality,and the production of enterprises increased steadily.On this basis,as an important part of the salary system,the incentive system was gradually established in the factories and mines of Taiyuan in 1950,which provided the guarantee for the steady development of industry.
