农村资金互助社大股东模式符合成员异质性现实要求,有利于促进组织成立、提高组织决策效率并有效控制信贷风险。虽然该模式在保障普通成员利益等方面还存在问题,但是通过其内部治理机制的改进,可以使普通成员利益保护等问题得到改善。缙云县欣禾农村资金互助社作为大股东模式的典型代表,在保护普通成员利益方面进行了探索与努力,其明确区分股金与存款以及按股分红与按交易额返还相结合的具体做法起到了激励约束大股东、保护普通成员利益的作用,这为进一步完善大股东模式提供了启示。

The strong shareholder model of rural mutual funds cooperatives is in line with the realistic requirements of member heterogeneity,which is conducive to promoting the establishment of organizations,improving the efficiency of organizational decision-making and effectively controlling credit risks.Although it still has problems in protecting the interests of ordinary members,through the improvement of its internal governance mechanism,issues such as the protection of ordinary members'interests can be improved.As a typical representative of the strong shareholder model,Xinhe Rural Mutual Funds Cooperatives of Jinyun County has explored and worked hard to protect the interests of ordinary members.It clearly distinguishes between share capital and deposits,and dividends by share and return based on transaction amount.The specific practice has played a role in stimulating and constraining strong shareholders and protecting the interests of ordinary members,which provides inspiration for further improving the strong shareholder model.
