大型圆筒形工件表面烧蚀隔热涂层的自动喷涂

摘要 介绍了大型圆筒形工件(2A14铝合金材质)表面烧蚀隔热涂层自动喷涂的流程、设备和操作方法。电弧风洞试验表明:涂层的抗冲刷性能良好,烧蚀量较小,试片表面最高温度为591°C,背面最高温度为75°C。采用自动喷涂代替手工喷涂。可提高生产效率,节约生产成本。 The process flow,equipment,and operation of automatic spraying ablation-resistant heat-insulating coatings on large-scale cylindrical parts made of 2A14 aluminum alloy were introduced.The result of arc-heated wind tunnel test showed that the coating obtained had good erosion resistance,characterized by low weight loss after the test.The maximum temperature of the test model was 591°C at the surface and 75°C at the backside.The replacement of manual spraying with automatic spraying improves the production efficiency and saves cost.
