摘要
针对风电变流器功率模块设计风电IGBT模块动态测试试验,提出一种基于通断延迟时间的结温探测模型。采用双脉冲法二极管钳位电路以及恒温控制底板加热设备,控制IGBT芯片温度,提高动态特性测试精度。分析IGBT模块结温和通断延迟时间的关系,结果表明,关断延迟时间和结温具有较好的线性关系,可以用于结温探测。所建立的通断延迟时间结温探测模型精度较高,为风电工况IGBT模块结温探测提供一种新思路。
The dynamic test of the wind power IGBT module is designed,and a junction temperature detection model based on on-off delay time is proposed for the power module of the wind power converter.The diode clamping circuit based on the double pulse method and the constant temperature controlled floor heating equipment are adopted to control the temperature of the IGBT chip,so as to improve the testing accuracy of dynamic features.The relationship between the junction temperature and on-off delay time of the IGBT module is analyzed.The results show that there is a good linear relationship between the on-off delay time and junction temperature,which can be used for junction temperature detection.The constructed junction temperature detection model based on on-off delay time has high accuracy,which provides a new idea for junction temperature detection of the IGBT module in wind power condition.
