盐酸米诺环素纳米脂质体治疗大鼠实验性牙周炎的疗效观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的:观察局部使用盐酸米诺环素纳米脂质体对大鼠实验性牙周炎的治疗效果。方法:78只大鼠实验性牙周炎模型随机分为阳性对照组(2%盐酸米诺环素软膏组),实验组(2%盐酸米诺环素纳米脂质体组),阴性对照组(0. 9%生理盐水组)(n=26)。测量给药后7、28、56 d各组实验大鼠(n=6)的牙龈指数、探诊深度,并进行组织切片观察。结果:给药28 d后,实验组牙龈指数、探诊深度、单核细胞及破骨细胞数均低于对照组(P <0. 05),组织学观察可见少量新纤维生成。给药56 d后,给药组牙龈指数、探诊深度、单核细胞及破骨细胞均低于阴性对照组(P <0. 05)。实验组比阳性对照组降低更明显。组织学观察可见较多新纤维形成,已吸收的牙槽嵴顶可见新生牙槽骨。结论:盐酸米诺环素纳米脂质体和软膏均可以有效改善大鼠实验性牙周炎,且前者优于后者。 Objective:To observe the effects of local use of minocycline hydrochloride nanoliposome in the treatment of experimental periodontitis of rats.Methods:78 SD rats with experimental periodontitis were randomly divided into 3 groups(n=26)as positive control group(2%minocycline hydrochloride ointment),experiment group(2%minocycline hydrochloride nanoliposomes),and negative control group(0.9%physiological saline).The Gingival Index(GI),Probing Depth(PD),and ttissue biopsies of each group of the rats on the 7,28,56 day(n=6)after administration were examined.Results:28 days after the administration,the GI,PD,monocytes and osteoclasts in experimental group were significantly lower than those in the positive control and negative control groups(P<0.05).A small number of new fibers were observed by the tissue biopsies.56 days after the administration,the GI,PD,monocytes and osteoclasts in experimental group and positive control group were significantly lower than those of negative control group(P<0.05).More new fiber formation and new bone on the absorbed alveolar crest were observed by the tissue biopsies of experimental group.Conclusion:2%minocycline hydrochloride nanoliposome and ointments are effective in the treatment of the rat experimental periodontitis.The nanoliposomes is more effective than the ointment.
