上颌快速扩弓和骨龄对上颌前方牵引疗效的硬组织影响

The effects of rapid maxillary expansion and skeletal age on hard tissue treated by maxillary protraction

目的:探讨上颌快速扩弓(RME)和骨龄对前方牵引疗效的硬组织影响。方法:选取AnglesⅢ类骨性反患者40例,随机分为小骨龄扩弓组(1组)、小骨龄非扩弓组(2组)、大骨龄扩弓组(3组)和大骨龄非扩弓组(4组)(n=10),进行配合或不配合RME的前方牵引矫治。每组治疗前后分别拍摄头颅侧位片,进行头影测量并对其进行统计学分析。结果:各组治疗前后骨组织各项指标差异有统计学意义。扩弓对大骨龄组各指标差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);骨龄对非扩弓组各指标差异有统计学意义。结论:骨龄和扩弓对前方牵引疗效有影响。

Objective:To study the effects of rapid maxillary expansion(REM)and skeletal age on hard tissue treated by maxillary protraction.Methods:40 subjects with AnglesⅢmalocclusion were divided into 4 groups.The maxillary protraction with or without REM were carried out.Cephalometric radiographs were obtained before and after maxillary protraction.The cephalometric analysis and statistical analysis were conducted.Results:There was a significant difference in bone tissue parameters of all patients in the 4 groups.The effects of REM on hard tissue showed only in the older skeletal age groups(P<0.05).The effects of skeletal age on hard tissue showed only in the none-REM groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The REM and skeletal age may have influence on hard tissue treated by the maxillary protraction.
