口腔黏膜下纤维化中医临床诊疗方案

The diagnosis and treatment of OSF with traditional chinese medicine

目的:介绍口腔黏膜下纤维化(oral submucous fibrosis,OSF)的中医诊疗方案。方法:根据中医辨证施治原则,将OSF诊断和治疗可分为:气滞血瘀证,治疗原则是理气活血,化瘀软坚;痰毒蕴结证,治疗原则是理气化痰,软坚散结;气血亏虚证,治疗原则是补益气血,调和营卫。提供3个典型病例的诊断和治疗。结果:3个典型病例分别诊断为气滞血瘀证、痰毒蕴结证和气血亏虚证,经辨施治1～2月,2～3阶段,随访4～8年,1例痊愈,无复发,2例症状缓解。结论:中医药辨证施治对OSF有一定疗效。

Objective:To introduce the strategy of the treatment of oral submucous fibrosis(OSF)with traditinal chinese medicine.Methods:According to the basic theorie of traditional Chinese medicine,treatment based on syndrome differentiation,OSF was diagnosed as Qi and blood stasis(QBS)treated by regulating qi and promoting blood circulation;sputum poision accumulate knot card(SPAKC)treated by regulating Qi and resolving phlegm;and Qi deficiency syndram(QDS)treated by invigorating Qi and blood,regulating ying and wei.resoluing phlegm and softing hard masses,Qi and blood toni were used for QBS,SAPKC and QDS respectively.Results:The 3 cases were diagnosed with QBS,SPAKC and QDS,underwent the treatment based on syndrome differentiation for 1-2 month with 2-3 stages.After 4-8 years-follow-up,cure was observed in 1 case,remission in 2 cases.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medical trerapy bassed on syndrome differentiation is effective in the treatment of OSF.
