摘要
观察1例前牙深覆、深覆盖患者经根管治疗、牙周手术、桩冠修复再治疗多学科交叉合作后其美观功能的恢复。治疗后患者牙周健康状、美观及功能获得满意的近期治疗效果,1月后伴有前牙间隙并发症存在,通过佩戴正畸保持器加以改善维护。
A patient with anterior overbite and overjet underwent endodontic,periodontal and restorative retreatment procedures.Satisfactory periodontal,aesthetic appearance and masticatory function recovery was achieved,while the anterior diastema occurred 1 month after crown delivery.The posttreatment complication was treated by wearing orthodontic retainer.
