生命周期视角下的后工业景观再生——深圳招商蛇口设计港景观项目

Regeneration Design of the Post Industrial Landscape under the Life-cycle Perspective——Landscape Design of Shenzhen Merchants Shekou Design Port

在城市工业遗迹改造的热潮中,一些工业遗存更新项目出现了二次荒废的现象,印证了巴特勒(R. W. Butler)在1980年提出的旅游地生命周期理论。为了防止短暂发展转向衰落,通常以周期性的景观开发为手段,不断调整环境主题,最终使此类项目达到持续健康发展的目的。然而,许多工业遗迹位于城市的边缘地带,其区位、交通和开发资金等限制因素是景观再生设计面临的巨大挑战。以深圳招商蛇口设计港景观设计项目为例,在有限的原生条件下,以协调人、自然和城市三者之间关系,重新构建健康发展的人居环境为核心,从生命周期的视角出发,通过再生设计策略,试图解决在诸多限制条件下,工业遗存所面临的可持续发展问题。

In the upsurge of urban industrial heritage transformation,the phenomenon of the secondary dilapidation appeared in some recent transformation projects,which is in accordance to the resort life cycle theories and model Butler(Butler,R.W.)proposed in 1980.In order to prevent the decline of such projects in a stagnant period,landscape development and adjustment of the environmental theme are generally used,which ultimately achieves the purpose of sustainability.However,many industrial relics are located on an urban fringe where location,transportation,development capital and other conditional restrictions increase the difficulty of landscape environmental adjustment.Therefore,considering about the limit from material and other else,this article is focuses on the core issue of how to deal with the relationship between people,nature and city through re-building the environment along urban outskirts.This article starts from the perspective of life cycle,trying to solve the problem of sustainable development of industrial remains through regeneration design strategy.The landscape design project of Shenzhen Merchants Shekou Design Port is currently at a stagnant stage with this unique restriction,which is discussed in this article as an example of the above issues.
