摘要
在建设美丽中国、实现新型城镇化和生态文明转型的背景下,针对城镇密集地区动态视觉景观规划需要,从数据获取、分析评价、规划设计3个主要环节,借助互联网开放多源数据渠道及ESRI软件平台,形成一套初步可行的、适用于城镇密集地区交通沿线视觉景观分析评价及规划设计的技术方法。具体包括:1)面对动态视觉景观涉及数据复杂、类型多样、跨区域、跨部门等特点,打破传统依靠现场调研与政府供给获取现状数据的思路,借助互联网数据源以及火车采集器等软件,获取地形地貌、植被水文、土地利用、建筑、道路、人的活动和感受等开放数据;2)利用GIS、RHINO、CITYENGINE等软件解决数据获取、解译、整合技术;3)以ESRI共享平台为基础,探索集成数据的量化分析、Python参数化设计、三维可视化模拟技术,用于动态视觉景观分析评价、规划设计与管理,推进规划技术在数据开放共享时代的转型和创新。
In the context of Beautiful China,New Urbanization and Ecological Civilization,planning technology of dynamic Visual Landscape has been studied by taking the Guangzhu Light Rail,which covers two-sides 5km and 1770km2 area for an example toward those issues which include too intensive built environment,chaos natural landscape and messy"three old"buildings in the Pearl River Delta.First of all,since transport visual landscape planning required complex data which has diverse types,cross-region,cross-sector and other characteristics,the article is aimed to break through the traditional method relying on field research and obtain all kinds of data including topography,vegetation,hydrology,land use,construction,roads,human activities and perceive in Internet open data sources by the tools of train collectors and other software.Furthermore,those softwares such as GIS,RHINO,CITYENGINE have been used to solve data acquisition,interpretation,integration technology.In the end,based on ESRI shared platform,the article has explored the integrated data quantitative analysis,Python parametric design,three-dimensional visual simulation technology for dynamic visual landscape analysis and evaluation,planning,design and management.It will promote the transformation and innovation of planning technology in the era of data opening and sharing.
