化学镀法制备陶瓷-金属复合结合剂的工艺研究

摘要 采用化学镀镍包覆陶瓷结合剂粉体的方法制备陶瓷-金属复合结合剂。确定了制备陶瓷-金属复合结合剂的镀液成分及镀覆温度等工艺参数;并用强度测试仪、EDS、SEM等仪器,对其强度等性能以及微观形貌和结构进行表征。结果表明:当镀液温度为60℃,硫酸镍含量为35 g/L,次磷酸钠浓度达到25 g/L时,结合剂增重率最大,增重30%。烧结后结合剂抗弯强度和抗冲击强度也最大,分别比未镀覆的陶瓷结合剂提高76. 57%和58. 43%;通过形貌观察,发现陶瓷-金属复合结合剂中陶瓷相与金属相的润湿性和结合力良好,镀层金属沿陶瓷晶界均匀分布,陶瓷相和金属相在陶瓷复合结合剂中构成三维网络结构,相互镶嵌交错。 By electroless plating,the nickel film was coated on the surface of ceramic particles.Ceramic-metal composite bonds were prepared.The process parameters such as composition and plating temperature of ceramic-metal composite bonds were made sure.;Using mechanical tester,The strength of the samples was tested and micro-structure analyzed using EDS and SEM.The results showed that when the bath temperature was 60℃,the nickel sulfate was 35 g/L,the sodium hypophosphite concentration reached 25 g/L,the weight gain of the bonds was the highest,and the weight gain was 30%.After sintering,the bending strength and impact strength of the bonds were also the largest,which were 76.57%and 58.43%higher than those of the uncoated ceramic bonds respectively;According to the observation of micro-topography,in the sintered sample the wettability and binding force were good between the ceramics phases and metal phase,and the coated metal was evenly distributed along the ceramic grain boundary.The metal phase and ceramics phases formed three-dimension net structure,and interlaced and inserted each other.
